1985 10 guestrooms with private restrooms, a large den, and 1st and 2nd floor solariums are added
1999 1700-sq. ft. is added to the House including a reception area, volunteer work area and staff offices

Sandy Mann, original RMHC-NM Executive Director/CEO retires
Kristin Rortvedt hired as new Executive Director
Renovation:  28 year-old rooms in the original part of the House brought up to modern standards including upgraded fire suppression system, installation of individual heating and cooling units for guestrooms. Casework, carpet and lighting

 

Updated landscape on the south side of the House to include a wheelchair accessible emergency exit while beautifying the space
